Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

1. The Ordering Process

1. Design Creation: The customer selects a product on the website and uses the online creator to make a unique label and/or box design.

2. Payment: After completing the design and placing the order, the customer makes a payment to our bank account.

2. Production and Processing Time

Upon receipt of payment, we begin production. The time required for manufacturing the label and/or box is up to two weeks (14 business days). Once production is complete, the product will be prepared for shipment.

3. Shipping Conditions

We ship orders worldwide.

1. Shipping service: Delivery is provided by the shipping company PPL.

2. Tracking: After the order is shipped, we provide the customer with a tracking number for the parcel.

3. Delivery time: Delivery duration depends on the destination country and the shipping company's operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or the carrier's actions.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Grounds for return: Returns and exchanges are only possible in the case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Packaging condition: As our products are cosmetics subject to strict hygiene standards, the return of a product in good condition is only possible if its packaging is undamaged and unopened.

3. Return process:

   • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support at margoprofcosmetics@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

   • The request must include the order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product that demonstrate the manufacturing defect or the undamaged condition of the packaging.

4. Refund timeline: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the money to the customer's bank account within 30 business days.
